@EricKigada This is sad. I traveled to some of the furthest and dusty villages in Ivory Coast with little tarmac and there were functioning streetlights. Same to piped water in villages.I don't know what ails our country.

@umoja_news There is always a construction happening somewhere unfinished and quietly aging only for another one to begin a few months later. Progress never really ends it just moves from one site to the next keeping the cycle alive.

Same experience along Uhuru highway next to Nyayo house in traffic. Old woman begging while fondling specific areas of the bonnet before vanishing.
Only realized three days later that haggard thief made away with the windscreen finishers both on driver and passenger side.
