@hyperjar please can someone help me urgently, you have cancelled my 15 yo daughter’s card even though she and I have verified transactions. She is abroad and now stranded. Your chat assistants have been no use whatsoever.

Hi Becky. Unfortunately, we’re still having issues with Nationwide transfers and it’s taking longer than expected to resolve. I understand this isn’t ideal but for now, the manual transfer is the only way to make transfers while the issue is ongoing. We don’t have an ETA yet, but it’s a priority and we’re actively chasing updates.

@hyperjar open banking for nationwide is still not working. I appreciate that you advised there is another more manual way to load money but that is not convenient or why I opened these accounts. This has been ongoing for several months. Please provide an eta for resolution.

@hyperjar DM's just not working for me, having uninstalled/reinstalled your app 3 times and fiddled about with the navigation bar settings I still can't get the chat to work as it should on my S25 Ultra. This is a really really poor show, how else can I contact you?

Hiya @hyperjar I hope you had a good Christmas 'n' all that. As you can see from the screenshot I am unable to actually message you within the app. I had way in excess of £150 in my John Lewis jar yet 3 times a £60 JL transaction was declined, now there's only £10.88 in, help?
