@tarkov He’s been trying to deal with this for weeks might I add. Was getting one single email a day for awhile, and now the emails have completely stopped. Has the unheard edition and has bought more stash space in the past, a dedicated player they obviously don’t care about.

@tarkov Doing this rather than answering my buddies emails to support, banned his account for absolutely no reason despite being a dedicated player for years and won’t even answer his emails anymore. Disgustingly bad customer service.

@tarkov Also a bug that wipes your entire stash; happened to my buddy who immediately reached out to support, and what do they do to help? Ban his account and stop replying to his emails meanwhile he has over 3k hours and bought the unheard edition as well, disgusting company.

We have installed a technical update for #EscapefromTarkov. The game will not be stopped, but on updated servers, raid time may be reduced to 10 minutes. @tarkov Honestly stay away from this game. Buddy has over 3k hours into this game and they just randomly banned his account and won’t answer his emails to support. Had the Unheard edition too, was the only guy I really played this game with. Won’t even touch it anymore.

He had bought the most expensive version of the game and is a longstanding player, and they don’t even have the respect to email him back about it. All of his progress, the money he put into the game, gone. Probably gonna stop playing unless they fix it. Be better @tarkov.

@tarkov has an absolute joke for customer service and it’s honestly making me hate the game. My buddy who has been teaching me how to play and get into the game, and all the sudden his stash gets wiped the next day, reaches out to customer support and they banned his account!!!
