cool trick is you can order a bag of white rocks & 12 black pavers on the @Lowes app and actually get fajitas delivered instead
and then
you can spend 45 min a chat w a rep to fix this and instead they say someone from the store will call you in 24 hours to arrange a new shipment when they should have said wow so sorry this is insane let’s get you your rocks you didn’t want fajitas!!
and then
no one calls you and you still don’t have your rocks

@Lowes has some of the most intentionally incompetent installation services. Not only did the contractors they cheaply hire not install our washers and dryers correctly, they also needlessly removed a door and left it off its hinges (thread)

Worst shopping experience ever. Purchased fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher & flooring with fridge and stove being delivered the next Thursday (TODAY). I spoke with them Monday Tuesday and Wednesday about the delivery having to be in the afternoon , they all said they would make notes, adjust the delivery time and call the warehouse, and this morning I get a call at 6:40 were almost to your house for your delivery. Again today no help from anyone after speaking with delivery company, warehouse, store and corporate. I’m refunding all of it and will never again step inside a Lowe’s store

@Lowes I never received assistance or an answer to my question. Just told to keep calling different numbers without resolution. Lowes used to be the shining star for customer service- not anymore. A customer shouldn’t spend days/hours trying to get help.

Hey @Lowes, how did this even leave your warehouse with a giant scar in the cardboard? I had to reassemble my old fridge (doors and drawer fronts) and lost half a day of work to this fiasco. And now the store can't even tell me when I'll get one that isn't dented. $3k for this??

@Lowes Terrible service! I spend $1400 on new Doors. The doorknob holes were not predrilled evenly. Called their CustSVC# they offered me $50 for my trouble when I offered to keep and correct the error myself. It will cost more in time and effort alone. Then I went my local store and the ASM left me waiting for 20 min and never came to speak to me. As “Customer Service” goes? That is an insult…
