@Rb__sa Hey RB - that was Woodstock FNB. But another bad experience is the SecureChat - waiting 2-3 minutes for a response to a question. I was on a secure chat yesterday for 40 minutes and 3 agents to find out how I can close my credit card account. I'm just extremely disappointed.
