I will die on the hill that Johnny Davis would have been better off being drafted by any other team besides the Wizards, whose fans were fed up with the front office and its NBA draft philosophy. He never had a chance. Truly hope he thrives wherever he goes next.

Man, teams are really comfortable going long on goalies with limited sample sizes of elite play.
Thompson, Blackwood, Daccord... teams are getting nice AAV value if the deals work, but if they don't, oof.

I think Ohio State’s all-in quest for a national title ending at the hands of Michigan would have been a much more interesting outcome. Overall, CFB is just like every other sport now.

What really sucks is this deal could easily be the catalyst to pull the Steelers out of 9-8 purgatory At minimum the Steelers would acquire the 10th pick this year and the Bears first next year.

Wisconsin and the Big Ten can whine, but we’ll see if they put actual resources to a legal battle they’ll likely either lose or see rendered moot by legislation

@XgamesTerpguy We ran Turgeon out of town (admittedly he was past his sell-by date but that was the MSM narrative). You want to run Willard out of town. This isn’t a video game and constantly hitting the reset button isn’t a recipe for success. The constant negativity is so tiresome.
