@elencantohotel disappointed with our stay tonight. I thought we checked in at Motel 6 that’s how horrible she was. Waited 1 1/2 for our room and had to carry our own bags to our room!!! Never would I recommend this place again and will not ever come back either!!

Don’t ever ever ever stay at Belmond El Encanto!!! We’ve stayed here multiple times and tonight was the worst service. First of all the front desk was horrible I checked in at motel 6. #belmondelencanto
