@Invincible39 Perhaps this is precisely why, new immigrants don’t have the cultural knowledge to know which areas are safe or not. It’s to prevent exploitation or worse violence towards immigrants who have no clue how things actually work in the U.S.

Any person who is on visa in USA can't do a pizza delivery or any such job without a valid work authorization from the USCIS. USCIS would obviously won't allow pizza delivery for anyone on visa. F1 visa students can't do any job. It is illegal. F1 OPT and H-1B visas don't allow anyone to work for pizza delivery. They need to work for job related to STEM and their study field. That means he was working illegally in USA, if he was Indian citizen! Regardless of the situation, may his rest in peace 🙏🏻

A 28-year-old Telugu youth from #Hyderabad, Anshul Kuncha, was shot dead in Philadelphia, USA, while delivering a pizza order. Family members allege he was shot multiple times. The Consulate General of India is assisting the family and coordinating with local authorities. #Telangana

@abhi_abhi_1 @KP_Aashish Hydrerabad is a gutter, even the worst part of the U.S. is miles ahead of Hyderabad or any part of India. Even north Philly albeit dangerous due to crime and poverty is miles ahead of Hyderabad. This is the sad reality of India.

@vrajput2725 @KP_Aashish But a significant more die in India by just breathing air with an AQI of 1000 in Vishwaguru. This court easily be avoided by knowing that north philly is a dangerous part of the city. I don’t ever drive in the chaos that is India, with trucks going the wrong way.

@humanityTelugu @RajMeraNaam Precisely, locals know that north Philly is a dangerous part of the city especially at night. Immigrants who are fresh of boat, should avoid doing jobs which they are not authorized for, this is exactly why.

@NewsAlgebraIND This is sad but this is why immigrants should stray away from doing jobs not meant for them tbh. Someone who grew up in the U.S. immediately would recognize, shady part of Philly, deserted apartment=danger, it’s the sixth sense you get by growing up here. You just know..

Hyderabad resident Anshul Kuncha was shot dead in the US while delivering pizzas on a weekend shift. He worked at an MNC in North Philadelphia and took up pizza deliveries as an additional source of income. His sister said: "Anshul had gone to deliver pizzas to what appeared to be an empty property. "After completing the delivery and walking back to his vehicle, he was shot from behind" "We are seeking justice for him and want his body brought back home" "I also urge parents to carefully think before sending their children to the US"

@_amitbehere Another interesting thing is look at a country like Japan. The largest religion is Shinto and Buddhism. Both religions discourage eating meat, yet when you go to Japan all you see is meat..

#reminder Humans are omnivores. Always have been. We eat meat and plants both. All over the world over 72 billion animals are killed *every year* for food. 72 billion is 9 times the human population of the world. US alone kills 10 billion. Trump probably eats about 5 cows himself in year. And Modi has been walking around with Trump's dick in his mouth for years. So hypocritical feku Jains and Brahmins can take their fake love and concern of animals that bubbles up every Eid, and shove it up their vegetarian arses.

@india_plus_ This is sad because the basic infrastructure difference between Portland and the so called Silicon Valley of India in Bangalore is mind numbing. Once you get outside of the airport, Bangalore is a hell hole, unlike Portland.

@sanskarstine @_amitbehere The funny thing is, middle and upper mid class Americans can also get cleaners/house help to some extent but not daily/at below the world bank income for poverty. Which is sad reality of India.

@IamNvts @_amitbehere Extremely failed and narrow minded ideology. You think Americans live worse lives because we have to do dishes and our laundry and cook meals? Lol.. It actually shows how lazy the average Indian is. I will take breathable air, good public infrastructure among many other things.

When arguments end, abuse begins. You don’t have to agree with me, my politics or my opinions. That’s democracy. But personal abuse and regional slurs only weaken your own argument. If facts are wrong, counter them with facts. If policies are flawed, debate them logically. Reducing political discussion to “Gujju daddy” insults millions of ordinary Gujaratis as well, not just one leader. India deserves better political conversations than cheap abuse and rage-posting.

@ghostinvoid Looks oddly empty. Compare this to any average American airport, it’s packed. I bet these trains are bleeding money. It’s more of a propaganda ploy than anything changing lives. The U.S. is building super sonic planes that can get me from NYC to London in 2 hours. 🤷‍♂️

@KeyboardChuck @jwilcox79 Well, for one, a 700 mile trip a plane ride will be just 1.5 hours. Even for the train, you will have to leave earlier to get to the station plus the time it will take to get to the station from your home. Your trip wasn’t 4.5 hours door to door. Planes are faster.

@jwilcox79 America is smart enough not to waste public funds on long-distance trains. Air travel is faster and cheaper in almost all situations. It depresses me that the average American does not understand simple economics.

I just took a high-speed train in China that traveled nearly 700 miles in 4.5 hours with a top speed of 217mph. It depresses me that America cannot do this. We’d have nearly a decade of hearings and environmental impact studies and lawsuits before a shovel ever hit the ground.

@mpan95 @SavageSports_ The last time NE played against Sam Darnold, it was 2021 with the 5-12 Panthers. His first 3 seasons were with the Jets, the worst franchise in the AFC. 2022, 2023 no games played. 2024-2025 no games played against NE, but Darnold is 30-7 since 2021. Is this the same Patriots?

Sam Darnold has been great. But he’s played a couple of soft defenses and I think the Patriots can create some confusion for him. He will turn the ball over.

@mpan95 @Brett_Pats The amount of points that a team gives up in a given game is only very indirectly a defensive strength stat. As stated in the broadcast (if you watched the game) the Texans defense almost never had to defend a short field throughout the regular season.

@someRandomDev5 @Brett_Pats Hahah, I find it difficult to believe a profitable bettor would bet on Sam Darnold. A Seahawks fan I would get, but an unbiased bettor? It’s got a Sam sees ghosts game written all over it.

@mpan95 @Brett_Pats I'm a Chargers fan first by choice, and a Seattle fan second by birth. But above both, I'm a profitable bettor. And being profitable has required betting against my own team several times. I'm speaking as one who aims to remain profitable with money staked on outcomes.

@someRandomDev5 @Brett_Pats They didn’t give up more than 30 points all season. Seahawks got cooked by the buccaneers. Pats defense also didn’t give up 30 points all season.

@someRandomDev5 @Brett_Pats Except you can, what an idiotic logical fallacy. Obviously those possessions don’t count because one is a Hail Mary. One is a knee down and the other 2 are literally just them burning clock. These statistics are meaningless, Houston had the best defense by a wide margin.
