"but can I import my Figma designs?" is literally the most common question I get.
finally, yes.
copy paste from their canvas to ours, but get the @MagicPathAI layer. prototypes, interactive states, web preview—all for free.

Introducing Figma Connect. The best way to turn your Figma designs into code. No MCP hell. No plugins. Just copy and paste your designs into MagicPath and turn them into interactive prototypes without compromising your craft. Every pixel. Every detail. Every asset. Preserved.

2025 was a bit of a different year. I left crypto after starting 2 companies over the last 4 years and joined Replit. A lot of folks asked why I joined Replit and I realized I never posted about the move. Thought I’d give a short reflection on why I joined/what I’m excited about in the new year.
Creating a new market: The market for non-developers presents a larger/emergent opportunity, but requires more upfront investment. Most customers do not start with the same technical base as IDE users, therefore the goal is to create an abstracted e2e experience from build through deploy time. It requires building an agent with a huge sandbox of primitives (storage, auth, AI, etc) as well as the infrastructure for provisioning resources and running applications. The combination of new market creation and large technical investment simply means the growth/trajectory will look different in the long run.
Company character: While most gravitate towards the shiny new company, I strongly believe a company’s greatest “moat” is its strength/character developed up over time. Starting a company is inherently a character-building exercise and the only thing that cannot be replicated is a company’s story and character, especially through times of hardship. Replit has been trying to enable new developers for the last 10 years and survived difficult periods prior. Replit earned its position today and you can bet the team will fight to retain and grow its lead given what it took to get here.
Everything is code: Agree or not, coding agents are the most important category in AI today. While all of us use AI to write code, we are only starting to see the implications go much further. Design, slides, animations, games, and so many more things all come down to code at the end of the day, we're just not used to thinking about it that way. Building websites and apps is just the start.
All that it to say, despite some personal shifts, 2025 turned out to be a good year and I’m looking forward for 2026!

I’m thrilled to announce that I’m joining @PlasmaFDN as Senior Product Designer.
I joined Plasma because the team prioritises design, the end user, and the craft of building experiences that matter. That commitment is rare and it sets the standard.
I fell in love with crypto through onchain creativity: no-loss lotteries, prediction markets, bonding curves, flash loans, CDPs, money streaming, decentralised governance. Each felt like a glimpse of finance’s future.
These mechanisms are powerful but often abstract. Products tend to serve either crypto-natives or everyday consumers. The real opportunity lies in bridging the two to make advanced tech intuitive while preserving its depth.
Stablecoins embody that idea. They distill DeFi’s innovation into something people can actually use: sending, saving, earning, and spending with confidence. They’re the foundation for new financial behaviours at a global scale.
Bringing stablecoins to billions won’t be simple. But with Plasma, I found a team not just talented, but truly committed to building at the highest level. The more time I’ve spent with them, the stronger that conviction has grown.
Plasma is redefining how money moves. I’m grateful to be part of making that real.
Trillions.🕊

Nothing like celebrating a new role with a hot cameo in an @OpenAI GPT-5 launch video.
I’ve joined @MagicPathAI as Head of Product to help push the frontier of AI-native design tools.
We’re on a mission to help people ideate and bring ideas to life faster than ever. Interaction > mocks. In hand > in file.
The last time I felt this excited about tech and design was 2013, when I redesigned OpenTable for iOS 7 and first met @skirano. Twelve years later, we’re building together again.
If we get it right, the future of building gets more inclusive. Maybe even a little more fun.

@lemurf @eigencloud Can vouch, his designs are very complete and he’s proactive with code prototypes, a 10/10 pick-up steal here

The Azuki team is always pushing to move faster with AI.
One recent upgrade: our marketing team can now ship changes to Azuki.com with minimal eng support using OpenAI codex.
They can update copy, swap images, etc... all with AI.
The flow:
→ Marketing prompts codex
→ Codex edits the code
→ Creates PR
→ A preview site autodeploys for marketing to validate changes
→ Eng reviews + merges
What used to require engineering context-switching is now abstracted away and we get shit done much faster.
Sharing this so that we can all move 10x faster in web3. More soon as we go deeper on AI across the team.
