I always tell players at camps about Energy and Effort. It's a mental mindset and choice, a 1 second adjustment to your game. It's amazing what a couple of high energy players can do by bringing high energy and effort to a college camp. It's contagious! And we see it! 😈🥎💪🏻🤘🏻
