The thought of the arms dont move or take the bat forward really jacks with you until you understand the orientation change.

If we only affect the physical, then we've missed the boat. We know peak performance is tied to a calm mind and emotional stability. You have to learn how to do that. Have started a book club here are a few of the selections.

@LegKickNationOG @Zona_Baseball @mamedina8 Sup really need to feel downward, around that top hand pointer finger. How their hand works, if you make them supinate more they will feel like they lose the barrel under. Pro have to learn how the bottom hand releases the bat because the tendency is to pull with that hand.

@LegKickNationOG @Zona_Baseball @mamedina8 Simple explanation its the strength in your hands. Sup, are the thumb, hook in hand, pointer, middle finger. Pro, middle, 4th and pinky and pressure should be behind the handle of the bat. If you hold the bat in your hands incorrectly, you will lose the barrel a lot.

@Coach_JBloomer @coachcbartlett @hailey_decker_ You can feel the difference in effort between these Top, moving the bat towards the ball, providing force into impact. Poor leverage High level of effort to swing Bottom, orientation change, bat kicks and releases, no force into impact, effortless Low level of effort to swing

Curve/Up Full Circle BP 2+ year comp at the end 👀 I dont post much about the committed because I want the uncommitted to dominate the timeline. @NiaDeLuna27 has been at this longer than anyone else I have worked with.

The orientation change (the mechanical advantage) is the transition of the bat from the front to the side. Advantage? building speed, time, depth and direction without commitment. You can send the bat where the ball tells you vs fighting against the bat to get it in front of you.

The orientation change is the mechanical advantage everyone is searching for. The ability to create speed, time, depth and direction without committing. The ability to swing/release the bat when the ball tells you to. To do it, you have to know the conditions needed to create it.

The orientation change allows you to build speed and depth WITHOUT commitment. Another way to produce speed is to move the bat immediately however, that kills your depth and direction and requires more effort.
