Appalling service from @BandQ kitchens. 11 weeks for, delivery driver tried to drop off someone else's stuff, items missing, incompatible items delivered, and we got a call 24 hours before delivery date to say some items are out of stock. Annoyed customers and kitchen fitters 😡

@BandQ bexhill - a while ago went into store, appalling customer service, complained, manager apologised, invited in to meet manager and get voucher. Gone back in, more rude staff and no voucher!

@bandq_help are you able to explain why your customer services think it is acceptable to not respond to complaints. 6 weeks have passed since a delivery driver damaged my carpet and left it in this state.
@bandq_help I’ve recently order a fireplace beam from yourselves, which cost me £95 and we’ve just gone to put it up and the fittings are not included, but the website says they should be. Can you please sort sending some as the product was already delayed by a week

Added tiles to basket and proceeded to checkout. Wasn’t saying there was a short supply so bought a voucher from works reward system. Went to pay, no tiles available. Why let me add to the basket and proceed to checkout if there aren’t any. Now have £800 voucher! @BandQ
