You're not even American, go away. I can't understand how Keir Starmer can just eliminate a bunch of members of the House of Lords. Democrats impeached Trump twice in his first term and lost. He was just overwhelmingly elected barely over a year ago. He's done nothing to be impeached for. Biden wasn't even impeached for ignoring immigration law.

Every civilized country should support this action against Iran. The U.S. has very little interests in the Strait of Hormuz, only around 1% of U.S. oil imports/exports go through there... 99% comes from other countries, Europe, China, Japan, etc... and yes, Trump has called on those countries to contribute to the security of the Strait of Hormuz. And what agreement was "working"? Are you talking about the Obama Iran deal, the worst deal ever signed by an American President? The deal that gave Iran 100+ billion dollars that they could use on expanding their islamist terrorism networks, and build up their missile capabilities, while NOT stopping them from getting nuclear weapons? The deal only delayed their nuclear weapons programs by a few year, it did not stop it. The European leadership, specifically that of Germany, the UK, and France, is absolute garbage right now.

Just spoke to @POTUS about our European allies’ unwillingness to provide assets to keep the Strait of Hormuz functioning, which benefits Europe far more than America. I have never heard him so angry in my life. I share that anger given what’s at stake. The arrogance of our allies to suggest that Iran with a nuclear weapon is of little concern and that military action to stop the ayatollah from acquiring a nuclear bomb is our problem not theirs is beyond offensive. The European approach to containing the ayatollah’s nuclear ambitions have proven to be a miserable failure. The repercussions of providing little assistance to keep the Strait of Hormuz functioning are going to be wide and deep for Europe and America. I consider myself very forward-leaning on supporting alliances, however at a time of real testing like this, it makes me second guess the value of these alliances. I am certain I am not the only senator who feels this way.
