Reactjs Developer Community in Kenya
@reactdevske
Reactjs developer community in Kenya focused on the React library and related frameworks and technologies. #reactdevske #reactjskenya #reactjske

Its been 2 years since I started helping out in swahili translation of @reactjs docs.
Recently my 2 pages were not loading on the live site at sw-react-dev.vercel.app and I got concerned.
Found out the NextJs's used in the mother repo. I noticed that when I commented out image components the pages loaded in micro seconds. Kumbe it was also not configured properly in the MDX Component.
I didn't see why to reinvent when we could just use the single source of truth to fix.
All the same working with react component can be fun and hectic at the same time. We learn everyday.
Anyway thanks @ramaspeaksdev for always being swift in reviewing my code. Seeing my changes live and working without friction makes me feel like Mimi ndio Sifuna 🤣🤣

🎉 React Native & Expo just got their FIRST dedicated security scanner. And it runs straight from your terminal. 🔒 Introducing rnsec A zero-setup CLI that scans your React Native & Expo apps for real-world security issues before they hit production. In the age of AI and vibe coding, when code ships faster than ever, this can be a real lifesaver. What makes it different? • One-command CLI, install and run • HTML + JSON reports, perfect for CI and sharing • 65 security rules, 100 coming soon • No setup, no config • Built specifically for React Native & Expo If you ship mobile apps, this belongs in your pipeline. This is just the first version. There’s more work to do, and I’d love your feedback. 👉 Try it now and give it a star: rnsec.dev
