@abheritageroof1 @slateroof2 Mmm interesting. I’m sure lead is classed as having to be a fully supported material. Great detail for supporting its sides though.

@peterroganarch @easanet I priced to do the shingling on the spire a few years ago but the main contractor didn’t get the job. Has the work been carried out now Peter?

Agreed. Craftsman know lots about there craft #craftskills architects and surveyours know a little about a lot. Craftsman show interest in other trades but also take their advice and opinions. Architects dictate to craftsman!! They should take advice
