Get in the absolute BIN 🗑️ @Rylan
You are spreading a very dangerous rhetoric on the huge platform you have, entirely unchallenged!
This is not right @ITV

@BettyBunny23 @dannybamping @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned You hit the nail on the head ‘chose’. You cannot physically force someone to go inside or move. I’m sure staff would have tried to speak to the lady to make an informed decision. Would you be happy if a family member was injured by staff forcefully restricting their liberty
English

@rowerboy89 @dannybamping @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned If there was someone in your family who needed support, would you be happy at the thought of them being left to sit on a cold pavement at night, watching the traffic go by, until they 'chose' to move.....because they weren't deemed to be in immediate danger? I wouldn't!
English

@BettyBunny23 @dannybamping @Tezmondo74 @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned She was sat on the curb!! Had she have stood up I would expect that the staff would have followed the lady. But both assumptions of her running in the road/staff following never happened and I guess because staff are aware of her needs and judged the situation well.
English

@rowerboy89 @dannybamping @Tezmondo74 @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned Totally understand there is a code of conduct & personal rights should be respected. However, if there is a risk of harm, surely carers have a duty to care & intervene? So who would have been to blame if she had run out into the road & got knocked over?
English

@dannybamping @BettyBunny23 @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned Then I’m sure the staff would have intervened as it would be a JUST action but she was just sat on the curb outside of her house clearly in no immediate danger.
English

@rowerboy89 @BettyBunny23 @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned Imagine if she ran into the road..
in front of a car?
English

@BettyBunny23 @dannybamping @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned I highly doubt he does know the lady’s situation more than the staff working with her. And he may well have been concerned but the way he addressed his concerns by becoming verbally abusive/violent towards those staff was certainly uncalled for
English

@rowerboy89 @dannybamping @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned Seems to me that Danny knows the situation in respect of this lady better than any of us and, for whatever reason, was genuinely concerned for her safety and well-being. You're making judgements based on a short clip.
English

@BettyBunny23 @dannybamping @Tezmondo74 @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned Yes they are supported for a reason I agree but there are rules and regulations which carers are bound to and you cannot simply just force someone to go inside their home or do as you say! I think some research into the Care industry may change your outlook these situations
English

@rowerboy89 @dannybamping @Tezmondo74 @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned She might well have chosen to sit there. My friend's husband, who had dementia, often chose to wander the streets at night. People are supported for a reason. Carers are supposed to care. Sat in the dark, on a cold pavement, at the side of a busy road is not safe for anyone.
English

@BettyBunny23 @dannybamping @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned I’m not doubting that what you have mentioned doesn’t happen however with regards to this video in particular I feel that the approach of @dannybamping was totally unjust/rude and actually violent towards those staff members
English

@dannybamping @rowerboy89 @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned Recently saw clip of a care assistant going into a home in my area of city (where the elderly lady was sat waiting for food). Did the paperwork, then left after doing zilch. Didn't know she was on camera. Some people shouldn't be in jobs such as this. They literally don't care.
English

@BettyBunny23 @dannybamping @Tezmondo74 @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned With the assumption she is being cared for. Care settings vary and some people are only supported for ‘x’ amount of time and therefore may or may not have ‘capacity’ to make their own choices like me and you. Unless we know all the facts it’s very small minded to just blame staff
English

@rowerboy89 @dannybamping @Tezmondo74 @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned 'Appropriately trained & more aware of her needs' but nothing to do with one of them because 'his shift had finished'. Right.
English

@dannybamping @BettyBunny23 @Tezmondo74 @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned Maybe she wanted to be sat there? I will hazard a guess that she is the tenant for the property so maybe she chose to have her front door open? People may be supported by carers but that does not mean they can make any less of a choice then me or you!
English

@BettyBunny23 @rowerboy89 @Tezmondo74 @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned right...and why was she sat there - why was the door open...she could have ran out into the road in front of a car at any time. i have another video - which has no sound as I was on the phone to the Police at the time. That young girl has smashed the windows in that house 3 times
English

@dannybamping @Tezmondo74 @AlisonHernandez @DC_Police @CarlEveCrime @wolsned I think your attitude towards this was absolutely appalling! What did shouting at those members of staff who are appropriately trained and I can guarantee are more than aware of her needs achieve?
English
