@NapierHolland But still useful traffic, and maybe their benefit is not direct money, something like referrals, feedback and more

I've worked with 100+ startups.
Free users do NOT become paid users.
Why did anyone ever assume they would?

The hype around every AI product launch is honestly getting exhausting. Everything gets blown way out of proportion،people jump in within hours saying it well change everything then it disappears just as fast it was
not sure if it's everyone trying to be a content creator or just paid hype but reality is very different from what we see starting from CEOs all the way down.
more and more I feel like real progress just takes time, and things will eventually calm down and get back to normal.

@maxedapps In some way, I feel they ( I don't know who ) make the path of AI evolve just like how programming does. where AI focuses more on terminals, bashs, git, all this low-level (relatively), which is easier for the LLMs as it's still like texts more than any media

spent the last few days laying the full SEO foundation for My Saas, and it's really weird because I discovered how much I miss regarding SEO, even with my big experience in web development, but thanks to Claude, who gave me a great plan.
- fixed sitemap (was generating no-www URLs, all 7 pages flagged by Ahrefs as 3xx redirects)
- swapped 6MB of GIFs for MP4, killed the header slide-down animation That was destroying CLS, dropped an unused font that was loading, but never rendering
- added structured data: SoftwareApplication, FAQPage (eligible for rich results), Article + HowTo on blog posts
- audited every page title/discription (blog index title was 15 chars) internal linking: CTA after every post to signup + pricing, hub & spoke schema in the CMS for pillar pages

Figma
HubSpot
Asana
Datadog

idk why there are so many bad comments and posts about @Replit after their success with new funding. They're doing what they’re supposed to do, and they're basically like any other AI-based product.
I haven't tried their agents yet, but I'd like to see something different from them.
And about @amasad talking about the future of programming I don't have to agree with him but at least he has real experience in coding and teaching programming which supports his opinions. It's not like some of the new "AI content creators" where each post is the opposite of the previous one.
English

Great article, but still the main issue is how to pick what really matters and relay the helpful from all this hype. I know both cases are wrong, either trying to follow and get affected by each one talks about AI and its tools, neither stops, and gets rid of all this racing. We need a middle solution, which I really can't find till now, and it's causing an overwhelming feeling.

I almost stopped learning, engaging, or knowing what I should do next on my career path. I face this feeling in both my real life and here, in my career, where I am living through the same transition on all levels.

I was a 10x engineer. Now I'm useless.

I am struggling with the same ideas from 6 months ago, you almost cover all our feelings and fears. I have too much to say, but I can put it in one thing: we are in a transitional era, you will never find a clear path to follow or honest opinions and advice to listen to so we can't get rid of this conflict inside us tell this era finished because we are the main factors, we can't isolate our selves no matter how we try
