My friends who have @eightsleep mattress covers really love them. They cool and heat and have a ton of sensors that watch your sleep quality. Of course a lot of AI. When they offered to drive out to people’s homes to let them try I signed up instantly. I get why people love them now. Maryam loved it too. This is gonna cost! I recorded the visit here.

often times on Mondays, I have zero attention span. there's something about not working full time over the weekend that tells my brain to slow down and it takes me most of Monday to get back "up to speed" anyone else have this? how do I fix it?

@theo I've found Sol is better at getting to a solution directly, doesn't wander, and feels more reliable.

@jpatel41 I usually do, but rarely at 100% of my mid-week effort. But that slow down affects my mental momentum.

Simple. Just work weekends ;-). Kidding. I do feel like the hack that has worked well for me is getting warmed up on Sunday evenings!

@ThibaultJaigu yes, I work from home. i think exercising more on mondays would help

@MatthewBerman Do you work from home? My routine is biking to work and then spending time with the team! Also writing your to do's down Sunday evening usually helps
