Can someone contact Youpin already about their broken SMS Verification code system? I get DMs everyday with people saying that they can’t login because they are not getting the verification code, I myself had this problem many times before and even now - I can’t login to my account. Their support is not helpful, their „Auxiliary verification and rebinding” (whatever that means) system that is supposed to resolve this issue after you click I’m not receiving the SMS verification code doesn’t even accept other phone number formats than Chinese XD It’s such a pain in the ass people cant login to their accounts with balance on it. Do something. @YouYouYouPin898 @Ceci_yolo And I don’t know how many times I’m repeating this - it’s not a problem on our side. Hundreds of people have this problem and their support response is try changing your phone number 😆 Come on fix your system
