Hundreds of families are suing and Roblox is trying to force every single case into secret arbitration where cases get decided behind closed doors by someone Roblox chooses and everything stays under wraps. No jury. No public record. Roblox literally calls forced arbitration "consumer friendly" in court filings while trying to rob the ability of victims going forward with their child abuse testimony. Even Facebook and Snap chose NOT to enforce their arbitration clauses. Roblox is appealing every ruling that lets these families into court. Roblox's shameful conduct needs to be known
