I got a call from a salesperson who got my data from @zoominfo w/o my knowledge. I contacted privacy@zoominfo.com and urge you to. They had lots of historical and current info which must have been scraped, and which they are selling based on their “legitimate interests” not mine!

A friend just got a cold sales call for work on a personal line. They vent. I ask if they're curious how that happened since credible data brokers don't mix personal & biz contacts. They call back & ask. Now I'm curious where a public company like @ZoomInfo harvests data. 🤔

It looks like we had duplicate profiles for you, and so we actioned the original request and removed one profile, but we missed the other one – obviously that was a mistake on our part, I’m sorry about that. 1/2

@ZoomInfo I requested that you stop harvesting my data months ago: my request is still pending, but in the meantime you continue to honour personal information processing requests on my @UniofOxford profile. I will be complaining to the ICO (@ICOnews).
