@sardesairajdeep People don't blindly believe exit polls. They look at their past performance. So, if these companies publish results just to please some political master, that won't run for long. But, why are you so much worried? You can choose not to show exit polls in your channel.

IMPORTANT: have said this before but worth reiterating: EXIT polls must EXIT unless they give sample size, raw data breakdown, complete methodology. And yes, disclose if they are also polling for a political party. A SERIOUS polling exercise which can be useful to understand voter behaviour mustn’t be reduced to a prime time LOTTERY with ZERO accountability. 🙏

Strongly oppose the proposed event in Bengaluru featuring 2020 Delhi riots accused Umar Khalid. The Karnataka government must immediately review and revoke any permission granted to the organisers. Allowing individuals with such a divisive background to be platformed or glorified sets a deeply troubling precedent. Public safety and rule of laws must take precedence. National security cannot be compromised. 2020 ರ ದೆಹಲಿ ಗಲಭೆ ಆರೋಪಿ ಉಮರ್ ಖಾಲಿದ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡಿರುವುದನ್ನು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಆಯೋಜಕರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇಂತಹ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವೇದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತವಲ್ಲ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ ನಿಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭದ್ರತೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಜಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.

I travelled through Great Nicobar today. These are the most extraordinary forests I have ever seen in my life. Trees older than memory. Forests that took generations to grow. The people on this island are equally beautiful - both the adivasi communities and the settlers - but they are being robbed of what is rightfully theirs. The government calls what it is doing here a “Project.” What I have seen is not a project. It is millions of trees marked for the axe. It is 160 square kilometres of rainforest condemned to die. It is communities that have been ignored while their homes have been snatched away. This is not development. This is destruction dressed in development’s language. So I will say it plainly, and I will keep saying it: what is being done in Great Nicobar is one of the biggest scams and gravest crimes against this country’s natural and tribal heritage in our lifetime. It must be stopped. And it can be stopped - if Indians choose to see what I have seen.
