Just felt this fit & made sense with this Post.. . Personally I feel this lawsuit is another systemic Way to defund and get rid of a program but gutted it intellectually by claiming such a thing as "RACIAL DISCRIMINATION" when the program itself clearly states it is set up to cater to people of color who are experiencing a issue amongst their community concerning care for pregnant WOMEN and those who are birthing. With statistics backing it which is how and why the program was formed.
