This is plainly a lie by BAM, because the lawsuit specifically claims crowdfunding moneys, and specifically identifies GoFundMe.

I haven't seen the franchise agreement. The gofundme campaign temporarily going down earlier this week is what I thought the response was referring to, and hence why I was confused. It's too early for a ruling that grants them access to the gofundme. It might just be that gofundme freaked out a bit and took it down until they confirmed it wasn't a scam. That tends to happen with controversial gofundme campaigns. It happened to the gofundme Nick Rekieta setup for Vic Mignogna.
