There are so many different, proven formats that can work: - Talk show / late night (Fallon, Colbert) - Panel / roundtable (The View, Around the Horn) - Game show / competition (Jeopardy) - Variety show / skits (SNL) - Reality / elimination (Survivor, Love Island) - Morning Show (GM America) - Court / debates (Judge Judy) - Cooking / crafts (Good Eats, Bob Ross) Originality is crucial to building live experiences People need to feel part of something unique

There is a cadre of successful hard tech companies founded by 20-somethings in the years 2021 to 2024 that I think is deeply connected to the founders being young people that were so f*cked by c*vid
This group had their early 20s ROBBED from them by these stupid lockdowns + masking + mandates etc.
then it ended and they came ROARING into the world full of VITALITY, eager to make change in the REAL WORLD because they had been forced to live in a bullshit, nerfed, neutered and moderated virtual world / cage for 2+ years
they had had enough of SCREENS and ONLINE and LIES wanted to work in the real world and do something meaningful, something TRUE - a total response to the nerfing they had persisted through
full of gusto, they then poured their life force into their creation & now these companies are absolutely ripping it and some of them are on track to totally change their industry & hopefully, the world
a beautiful and optimism-inducing response to a sad and cruel set of cards they were dealt
