The trouble with the purging of Harvey Weinstein is that Hollywood convinced itself that all of the sins were laid on that goat and it was banished from the community. The culture that enabled this was still there with overlapping systems that contributed to it for almost 100 years. Being cast for some films can make you rich and a star. There will be people willing to do anything to get that. That existing creates this entire ecosystem where abuse is going to happen.
