@LukeGromen @TMTLongShort Luke most ppl dont want to diet and excercise -its baffling. Diabetics T2 want cookies and cake, obese wNt glp-1, COPDers want cigarettes, Heart failure patients want salt and sedentary life. Point of no return evolves to palliative treatment.
