🚨 My Tesla literally saved my life yesterday. What started as a normal drive turned terrifying fast. I unintentionally fasted for 17 hours, took some medicine, and had a severe allergic reaction. @AlgorithmMD I felt fine at that time and yes I didn’t want to get my @cybertruck towed. I live in California so that doesn’t help. Bottom line I got to the hospital safely and walked into ER on my own
