Hi @AmazonAustralia , your site told me I'd get same day shipping (by 9pm), yet once I've ordered, you confirm it's coming tomorrow. Your logistics team have no explanation for this. What are we meant to believe?

@AmazonHelp The expected delivery showing on the site was 9pm today. Once the order email confirmation came, it said tomorrow. Given this was my first attempted same day delivery, I thought perhaps the confirmation email was wrong.

@AmazonHelp I’ve already reached out, but no one can tell me why this happened. I only order through Amazon today because it said same day delivery. I would have gone into store had the site said delivery tomorrow. This is key for many shoppers.
