@BambulabGlobal @BambuLabSupport I could not be more frustrated. Bought my first 3d printer a few days ago. Errors right out of the box. Support sent me an idiotic response, clearly not even having read my ticket. Not even a way to request a refund. Total joke. #defective #a1mini
