1) OpenLoop, the whitelabel telehealth infrastructure that allows anyone to build a GLP-1 marketing company
2) $META, the acquisition layer for the company
From that $1.8b in sales, this guy probably made a nice $45M (2.5%), while Openloop probably made $450M (25%) and $META probably made $900M (50%)
