@BatmanRouges Can't even spell incredibly. It's one of the best origin comics out there. Showing Batman trying to take down the mob, as supervillains start taking over after them. This thing also has sequels if you aren't aware.

@BatmanRouges I think it has a lot of genuinely strong moments, but much like Loeb’s other Batman work, the story falls apart the more you think about it. It's such a perfect distillation of Batman’s aesthetics that I can’t help but love it, though.

@BatmanRouges TBH, Haunted Knight might be my favorite Loeb authored Batman story (though I haven't read them all) because there's not this air of pretense surrounding it. It's just 3 bog standard, enjoyable Batman comics.

@BatmanRouges Wtf are u talking about? Long Halloween is the story which basically signals the end of the classic Mobster traditional crime of Gotham and ushers in the supervillian era, its basically the finale to Batman's first 2 years of being Batman
