While I'm always curious when I stumble across someone who's blocked me in regards to "which of my nonsensical ramblings did it for this person" I'm a strong advocate for people cultivating their own feed. Just because it's online were not "owed" anything by strangers on the net.

never believe in “blocking without explanation/warning is rude” propaganda. this is an app you probably open every day on YOUR cellular device. block anyone you want

It stings because sometimes you don't want to see yourself as someone who could/would get blocked but sometimes it's just as simple as that person had a bad day and you were there. Better to pursue making future interactions better and continuing to be civil instead of losing it.

@Bit_Azure People on the social media feel too entitled to other people's time. They are free to speak but no one is obligated to listen or engage with the things that they say. This is the reality of most things outside of like professional relationships, the internet doesn't change that.

@Bit_Azure Just as how you interact with folks outside at like a public area, I think it should be applied sorta the same in social media as well. Public decency and common manners shouldn't be left at the door just because anonymity is granted to us.
