how much to pay your UGC creators: $25 week: Kid in Brazil making sped up looksmaxing edits 100% view bonuses: Usually doesn't work. Not worth pursuing imo $100 week + view bonuses: Sorority girl who hasn't made UGC content before, has 500-10,000 followers on TikTok, making simple "reaction" videos $150 week + view bonuses: Might have done UGC for one or two other brands, videos can be more complex $200 week + view bonuses: Think complex videos with multiple people, long talking scripts, working for other brands (Turbo AI videos, etc) $300 week + view bonuses: Complex editing. Extremely time consuming videos. Effectively hiring an in house editor at this point.
