@ChineseWokIn Visited the new Chinese Wok outlet in Kazhakootam, Trivandrum at 1:20 PM. Store was empty, yet waited 30+ mins as Swiggy & Zomato orders were prioritized. No focus on dine-in customers, billing delays, and chaos with delivery partners. Great infra, poor service.

@ChineseWokIn Today also I have visited the store . Dine in is very poor. May be I will not visit from next. There is no priority for dine-in. We are made to wait for nearly 50-60min . The staff's tell they have online orders and cannot prioritise dine-in.
