@ChineseWokIn Very disappointing at Chinese Wok. I was told Dine-in was closed, many menu items were unavailable, and even the Super Bowl combo shown on the menu wasn’t available. Misleading for customers.

Hi @deepigoyal @ChineseWokIn Dis is the 3rd tym I am facing this issue.. I had ordered veg food from Zomato and dey hav delivered Non veg.. This is the level of service you provide and despite providing photos 3 to 4 times the support team has ended my chat stating they feel sad.

@ChineseWokIn Visited the new Chinese Wok outlet in Kazhakootam, Trivandrum at 1:20 PM. Store was empty, yet waited 30+ mins as Swiggy & Zomato orders were prioritized. No focus on dine-in customers, billing delays, and chaos with delivery partners. Great infra, poor service.

@ChineseWokIn Ordered Paneer Chilli but received mostly raw onions & capsicum with very little paneer. Dish is nothing like Paneer Chilli. Paying for paneer and got raw onion chilli instead. Very disappointing experience.

@ChineseWokIn today I had chilly chicken bowl at one of your outlet in Kashmere Gate Metro, I had bad experience I waited for more than 30.min and on top of the Quality of food was not good there was hardly 3 small chiken pcs and not properly cooked
