in the past week we've improved opencode's startup time by 2.3x not by doing anything smart, just by doing fewer stupid things it's still not amazing so will keep chipping away

@thdxr I definitely noticed, perfect time to come back, GLM 5.1 is flying. 14 tasks done in about 3mins. Trying out the magic context plugin and impressed. Appreciate all the work you and your team do. Still excited for Black but OpenCode Go was a great move. Thanks!

@CodewithP @thdxr Yep 85% of week gone in a day. I've signed up for another 2 week windsurf trial. Getting much better usage. Look into NVIDIA build and select GLM 5.1 then paste API in OpenCode, been meaning to try it out but it's meant to be unlimited. @FireworksAI_HQ give you free $6 credit too
