They have sent Farmer home with oral antibiotics, on the condition that if it doesn't improve, he's to go back for IV antibiotics. And they've done the farmer talk: "This is serious, you could lose your leg" to make sure he behaves. They've stuck with cellulitis. 1

@muddymuddymum It’s a very serious infection. Can spread to muscles and bones. Needs prompt attention not being left for hours waiting for a doctor. But at least getting attention now. Make sure he keeps away from animal poo for a while.
