Mad at SCOTUS? Should've gone through Congress and passed a law. The Constitution doesn't care about your feelings, snowflake 🤷‍♂️

@CountryFirstRep 100%! If they control Congress, then maybe Congress should have passed any tariffs that Trump wanted, right?

@CountryFirstRep Idiots like you are unaware that Congress has not made a budget since 1999. Too busy acting like they care.

@CountryFirstRep If this was so simple, I would celebrate how SCOTUS affirmed balance of power, but you understand what I was talking about? I am, too, never Trump conservative.

@CountryFirstRep Not mad. Disgusted at Roberts playing politics as usual. But the administration always said they had other bases for legal authority on tariffs and they will turn to those.

@CountryFirstRep Huh? I’m a republican and I feel that Scotus made the right call. Unlike you liberals who like them when they rule in your favor, but criticize them when they don’t. The thing is Trump will likely be able to impose his tariffs using a different law. live with it snowflake

@CountryFirstRep Nope. I can live with it. Now do Biden on student loan forgiveness. When we getting that money back? Or the illegal landlord moratorium. I’m sure all those landlords would like the money they lost. Or the cost to remove all the illegals Biden flew into the country.

@CountryFirstRep There was a law. One that’s been used by other presidents, including Obama, to impose tariffs. There’s three other laws that also authorize the president to impose tariffs. This ain’t over, cupcake.

@CountryFirstRep Not so fast, college boy. As predicted, Trump just said tariffs will continue unabated and even increase now under multiple other legal mechanisms already held constitutional by SCOTUS. Same tariffs remain and new tariffs are added 😂

@CountryFirstRep That was just one way they can’t do tariffs, but there’s plenty of other ways so sit down and watch tariffs continue lol

yep.. the constitution is routinely used to literally destroy america with the idea of "well it's the constitution snowflake.....maybe you should move to china to get that wage from the american billionaires". Fucking retards literally fine with foreigners running the country cause congress isn't going to do shit cause doing something like passing protectionism that helps americans would go against their stock portfolios and their donors who largely just want cheap foreign labor so they can import into the US.

Except Congress has delegated that power away... As a matter of fact Everytime they're asked to do anything they just delegate the power away so they can focus on fundraising for the next election... It's only now that we get someone who goes against their handlers wishes that they start making a stink about it.
