I don't think we'll see current games use DEA technology as this requires streaming the game content constantly, and those games are huge. If Google couldn't make it with their Google Stadia, it seems challenging. I read Mexico wants to sue Sony for that decision because it'd give them a de facto monopoly on game retail sales. It'd be easier for Sony to just create their own digital second hand marketplace that is centralized and just a database rather than a blockchain. They can probably link downloaded games to a user account and make people sell this "link" to another user. Just spit balling.
