𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁? In 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟭 of DHN Bureau’s exclusive survey, we explored patient readiness, platform usage, and the everyday technical frictions shaping India’s digital health journey. Now, in 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟮, we go deeper into the questions that matter even more: What are patients really worried about? What drives hesitation? What could push adoption further? And despite the friction, would they still recommend digital health tools to their friends and family? Here’s what the data revealed: • 𝟱𝟵% flagged 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆 as their biggest concern • 𝟰𝟱% said stronger 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 would increase adoption • 𝟰𝟰% want 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗽𝗽 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 • 𝟯𝟰% trust 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 as a key driver • Nearly 𝟵𝟮% would recommend or consider recommending digital health tools. One insight stood above everything else: India may not have a digital health adoption problem. It has a 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺.
