Me. i’m 71 and stopped taking all prescribed pharmaceuticals over five years ago. Just using natural supplements and good nutritious food. I was taking 10 to 13 drugs a day. I just stopped, so when Covid came along, I didn’t hop back on the big Pharma bandwagon. I just stopped being afraid.
