Olivia Henderson, the Doordash girl who went viral for, in her eyes, being harassed by a man who fell asleep half-naked awaiting his Doordash order, has been indicted by a grand jury on two counts of 2nd degree unlawful surveillance for her alleged actions of entering the man's home and filming him without consent while he was half-naked. She has plead not guilty.

@IRLoadingScreen What sucks about this entire case is some people insist on supporting her because "The Ring footage doesn't exist online". Of course it doesn't exist online. It was submitted to the police as evidence. They said that they had the footage. You don't submit court evidence online.

The article claims the police confirmed ring footage, but: 1) You won't find that in reputable local reporting i.e. local newspapers that interact with police 2) You won't find a quote supporting this from the police dept
