Chasing the Amateur motocross scene doesn’t allow you to have a normal job. You either are self employed or have no job. But if you have no job you can’t afford motocross. It’s really a weird deal, man.

@KKeefer120 As crazy as it is, all amateur sports are going a similar direction if you’re playing at the highest level all year. Not great for most, but sports have never been more exciting and stacked with more talent, so there is that??

@DieterLasat @KKeefer120 Totally. I’m not sure how to stop it. It seems that is the direction that amateur sports are going. I don’t think you have to be all in at 14 to “make it” or get a college scholarship in certain sports, but it sure makes your odds better.
