@MaryKayCabot A nice story, but we've all heard Shedeur speak numerous times and it calls into question what courses he took. For some of these players remote learning is ok but others really need the classroom. I think he got shortchanged as part of a shortcut.

@GetBack2Normal @MaryKayCabot Diverse people use dialects when desired, for several reasons. Shedeur's usages don't mean that he doesn't speak & write the "King's English" perfectly. Consider Googling the term "code switching." You might learn something about this phenomenon that you don't currently know.

@jarvae123 @LiveByTheWord_ @MaryKayCabot There's no such thing as talking black - there is a thing about acting like you have little education as a way to sell yourself to a certain demographic. Maybe that is indeed what Shedeur is doing but overall its self defeating.

@jarvae123 @LiveByTheWord_ @MaryKayCabot Everyone has accents - this stuff about him allegedly faking what he thinks is a poorer"hood" accent when he is supposedly well spoken is just weird. It's like Hillaria Baldwin and her fake Spanish accent. I just think they didn't fire him to take education seriously.
