W/ my project to convert my AP130 platform to the AP155, I began to dial in the scope. scope config. Then - loud fan noise & physical vibrations from my ASI2600MM-Pro! Investigation showed the fan had thrown a blade! Replacement is 3+ weeks out! #Astrophotography

@CosgrovesCosmos With a 7 blade fan, I don't think you can break one off and maintain balance. With 6 opposing blades maybe, but probably not 7.

@GrumpyOldAstro Just have to nibble away from two of the opposing blades carefully. Piece of Cake! Nothing like a little out-of-the-box (or, in this case, out-of-my-mind) thinking! 😃
