(Cont'd) The "facial hair" could be a black balaclava worn under the top one & it appears on camera as facial hair? Or a fake mustache?? But the suspect's eyes DEFINITELY look like when a woman's worn eye liner & mascara all day & it's become more muted. 🤔🧐

@HiattKassi A lot of Latino men have very pretty eyes.

@HiattKassi He looks feminine, but infrared light softens features. He could have thick eyelashes with an Indio Mexicano heritage.

@HiattKassi We are told (idunno) the color band and light band and grayscaling can be far off from what would be true in normal lighting. Strange affects of hair v. skin, etc., but I can see what people are saying here.
