Schools have no right to dictate what their pupils do over the weekend. They certainly can’t force them to come to school on a Saturday and punish them if they don’t. Silly.

@DeputyGrocott You have no right to dictate what a school and parents who choose to send their kids to that school (knowing that this is the school’s ethos) agree to do over the weekend. You certainly can’t force them to change their policies and can only whinge about it on social media. Silly.
