@IGN The Sonic movies work because it's true to it's ip. The producers of the sonic movies understand Sonic better than Sega does currently. Cancelling a R-rated The Last Ronin Film is the exact opposite of doing what was done for the Sonic movies.

@IGN I really dislike this idea. TMNT was R rated on the back shelves long before it was an 80's series. Though The Last Ronin is a "What If" scenario, I think that producers and directors should look at the source material instead of trying to chase the money.

@IGN I’m all for a new TMNT movie. But an R rated tmnt movie will have a very limited audience. So for the sake of tmnt I guess a “sonic-fy” type movie would make more sense
