Walk out onto the beach in front of my house, i lie down on the sand, close my eyes. Deep peace comes over me. I imagine myself spiraling down into the earth, gravity becomes heavier. Deep feelings of bliss and joy begin, little shakes happen and feelings of hot and cold alternate, darkness becomes deeper. Total bliss and light overpowers sensations of the physical body, the sensation of body and time disappear, god/absolute/unity/oneness is near. I am aware, but i guess saying awareness is there would be more accurate. Everything disappears...words cannot describe this
Suddenly i feel someone pulling really hard on my arm, i hear people say in a foreign language: ¨is he dead?¨. Another guy says: ¨no..he is still breathing...why is he not responding¨. I open my eyes, two fishermen stand above me and say ¨hello¨. Oh...hello...i reply
I stand up, say thanks, and walk back home, writing this post, going to sleep now
